I had a bad experience today 6.14.26 I placed a mobile order and decided to dine in. I asked the lady Keisha or Keke with the glasses about my order and she failed to acknowledge me and ignored me. After waiting some minutes standing in front of her I asked her if my order was ready and she said no while staring at the screen. Stopped here, straight off the highway, during a thunderstorm, so no one else in line. Not sure if that means anything, but the cashier was so nice and professional, altho we were both were getting wet lol. Food was hot & fresh and really good! Big plus, since I rarely eat fast food and the Spicy Chicken sandwich is what I had the taste for. Thank you, cashier, on Tuesday evening of 05/26!! Lol 🩷
Kiosk payment wasn't working, everyone ordering at kiosk, but then after several tries would have to pay at the counter. Line at counter to pay and pickup food. Took about 20 minutes to get food
