The African guy in the drive thru is trash!!! Waited 10 minutes no line. Never took my money, didn’t say anything, act like he didn’t even see me after I just ordered and pulled up to the window. I got tired of waiting and I just left!!! Reading some reviews I see I’m not alone

Wait-a-burger. If there is any consistency with this food chain, is that you're gonna wait for awhile. I waited 30 min for my meal today because the ticket was never transmitted to the cook. I know gourmet burger joints that are faster.

Everything was Great was going to take my food to go but changed my mind and decided to sit down and eat with daughter overall as I was sitting the whole time the young man in the front with the hat just keeps eyes balling and glancing at me and my daughter ,even when he walks by and I try so hard to look down but the next time he did it I looked right at him and he didn’t do it again just hate the fact that I had to feel uncomfortable I haven’t eat out in for a while and al I get is stared at.
I had a fantastic experience at Whataburger! The food was really good, hitting the spot perfectly. The customer service was top-notch; staff were friendly and quick to assist. Plus, the atmosphere was great, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal!?
