Horrible service manager needs to be demoted. Lack of customer service lack of leadership. They answer the phone and hang up right away food is always wrong wait time is horrible. When there is a horrible manager you have a horrible team.

They always screw up my order and I’m honestly fed up! They lack training and structure. Their rude young manager failed to do her job. I received my order only to receive half and EXPIRED lemonade. Mind you it’s already expensive and I only placed an order online due to my little ones being at home. I asked for a full refund she proceeded to tell me no she would only give me a refund for fries and celery. I told her I would call corporate and she said “call corporate, I’ll give you their number” I called and I also filed a COMPLAINT with the BBB. I called again for her to make it right prior to filing the complaint, I also proceeded to tell her about the lemonade and she didn’t believe me, she hung up on me, I called again she refused to take my call and placed me on hold. Below is a picture of the expired lemonade and half order with receipt.

The girl who helped me tonight was super sweet and even brought my food right to my car. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! Great service and great food , definitely appreciated the kindness and attention to detail.

I’ve been to this Wingstop multiple times and have noticed that Jayla is overall a really nice person. All the cashiers are very nice, sweet, and well-mannered girls. But what I witnessed last night was truly disgusting for a customer to speak to a cashier that way, especially someone who was just trying to help and was being very polite. That customer had the nerve to call her “slow,” which made Jayla visibly upset and I don’t blame her. You don’t go to someone’s job and talk to them like that.As adults, especially as elderly women, we should know better than to go into an establishment and treat anyone that way. I’m so sorry she had to experience that. Management should have escorted those customers out instead of allowing them to finish their food there. This is exactly why people think they can treat workers poorly because management doesn’t always stand up for their employees when someone is being extremely rude.That customer needed more than just a talk; she needed to be escorted out of the building immediately. Management should always have their workers’ backs, otherwise people will keep coming back thinking they can disrespect them again.Jayla, you keep making Wingstop an awesome experience along with the other girls!

I’m very disappointed in the customer service, how do you guys let children of all things run that store at night with no actual manger on duty, it’s disgusting how i went in there these young ladies treating customers so wrong and foul, talking to people however they want too it’s not okay as a paying customer and to someone like me working in the fast food industry, I’m a manger as well I have tons of experience in management, and these kids have no respect talk to people however they feel like it the food is always undercooked or they always have a attitude throwing things around talking about people and stuff it’s not okay these girls need to be let go or something it’s not okay for them to treat people like that it’s honestly disgusting. I’ll never ever be returning here ever again I’ll go somewhere else where my money is appreciated and time as well. They need to get corporate involved or a the district manger whoever is over that area unprofessional, nor is it okay for them to treat people like that.

I do not want to give any stars... this location is full of children who don't care about their job or the value of someone else's dollar... they are lazy rude and rushed so your food is undercooked drenched in Greece or fries burnt.....

The manager is a child as well and has absolutely no skills and how to manage a business... they took my food from me and did not return my money.

The new black girl they hired has single handedly ruined the customer service. She checks nothing, does nothing, all she does is say give it a couple of minutes. You never know how long your order will actually take. 5minutes, 10minutes, 40 minutes all she says is give it a couple of minutes to everyone. She doesn't check. Too lazy to actually find anything out, just says give it a couple of minutes to absolutely everyone. Completely and absolutely useless hire.
