Bad service. They don’t have the orders on time. You have to wait for a long time. I placed an online order and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes after my pick up time.

I love Wingstop but my latest order was a mess. The dressings I paid extra for had spilt in the bag. My parmesan wings had no seasoning, I ordered 2 large fries and got regular sizes, and also ordered cheese fry that has barely any cheese at all. Just not a good experience.

Came here to pick up an online order. I was asked to wait 5 more miniatures. Waited nearly 20 more. They didn’t apologize for the delay or anything. Plus they forgot to add my sides. No urgency at this location.

This location is wild. A few months ago I walked in to pick up my order and they had trap music blaring loud and I kid you not - the lady behind the counter was twerking, luckily with her rear towards the kitchen and not facing me. What the eff was going on in there?! The wings were decent but cold. Fries were overcooked. One time the soda machine was down so I had to take a bottle of soda that was not a flavor I would ever pick. My kid loves this place so we’ve been back but I’m going to start trying other locations in the area and hopefully the service is better and the wait times not as extreme.

Waited hour and thirty minutes for my order. The employees seem not to move with any kind of urgency. This store is poorly managed. I can guarantee when I make it home food is going to cold.

Tried to cancel an order by calling 6 times with no one picking up. Actually had to end up driving to the store to cancel it in-person while still being on hold for 10 minutes on my 6th call.
