Messed up on my order. When I asked for my order to be remade, the guy making the order had have the nerve to say “was it our fault”. Well duh, aren’t you the one reading the screen and preparing the orders? Don’t question no customer, just fix what YOU Messed up. I know how to read, apparently you don’t. Maybe if you weren’t back there laughing and talking, it would’ve been prepared correctly the first time!!
Update *** They remade it and messed up a second time. Why do employees get an attitude when THEY Mess up. lol. Y’all can’t just be making people food no any kind of way, especially when you have ticket right in your face. Come on now.

This location is truly terrible. I had a scheduled online order at 5:30 and came to pick it up at 6:30. When I arrived and asked for my order, the employee named Mike said he needed to see my phone to confirm the order because he couldn’t find it in the system.
I had to run back to my car to get it, and when I returned, he said, “Oh, I found it. It will take longer to make it.” I couldn’t wait, so I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund receipt. He said he would refund it but didn’t give me any refund ticket. It has been six days, and I still haven’t received my refund. So unprofessional.

This location is giving you wings that have been cooked for a while and only throwing them in your preference of sauce !! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!! I only gave 2 stars because my fries were good ,hot and extra seasoned how I asked !! But those wings were disappointing !! Dios mío

Our order was promised to be done at 1:30 but we did not receive our order until 1:55. We ordered a 15 wing combo with hot honey fries but only got 12 wings and received regular seasoning on our fries. The employees were not working with urgency and did not even call out our order when it was done. They just left it on the counter and expected us to know it was ours.

By far the best wingstop experience Ive ever had. I came with a busload of my kids and you had them all out in 20 minutes!
I visited this location yesterday, service was amazing Stephon and Candice were so kind, very helpful, and patient. I love the service that I received from them. Although my food was not done to my liking it was not the way I ordered it. The service was good though.

Every time my family orders from this location. It takes over a hour from the estimated time in the email. Just stay away; im not saying its entirely the staff but work flow and time management seems to be none existent here.
