Zona Caliente Sports Bar And Grill

They have a phone number online and I tried calling them but they didn't answer. I know many people, like us, do not live close and do not want to drive for no reason. We called just to see if they were opened but didn't answer. Don't post a phone number online to contact your restaurant if you will not be picking up. It was my favorite restaurant too but oh well

Favorite thing there is the tortilla soup. Used to be good with decent specials. Now they have gotten my bills wrong multiple times and workers seem undertrained or don’t care.

Biggest issue is the music is excessively loud. I get it’s a sports bar but on non-busy days the music is crazy loud we’re I can’t hear the person next to me or bartender. I could understand if it were busy all the time and if it were weekends but this has been during the week.

Definitely worth the visit. Destiny was a wonderful waitress, very quick and attentive and the food and drinks were worth every penny

I'm new to the area and I seen this place on my FB stream so I decided to check it out and I must say it was actually good. The 1st time I came I had the wings and it was over seasoned with lemon pepper which I had I would do wings again but plain. The 2nd time I tried their Quesabirria Tacos and wow oh wow a must try! Both times I stopped in I had an amazing waitress name Tanya which she was awesome and free spirited you must ask for her for an awesome service.

Wings are too damn expensive. 12 wings for $20. And they dont even come with a side. Wing stop has a 20 wing for $20 deal. And at that wing stop has a combo for $15 you get a drink fries and 10 wings. Zonas is too damn expensive. Update after i left. My bill was $25.00 and some change. But when i gave my card and they gave me the receipt to add tip the total amount changed to $29.00 and some change. And thats withOut me adding tip yet. They upcharge you without u noticing. I wonder what they do when they have a busy friday, saturday nights? Alot of people getting screwed at this place. I dont recommend this place

The only good thing about this place is the music. The DJ played. I showed up and sat at the bar and the bartender proceeded to walk around servicing every other patron and talking to other staff members and 15 minutes later she acknowledged finally that I sat down. She proceeded to tell me how busy she was and to give her a minute, and I waited patiently for another 15 minutes. And the bartender never returned, no manager, or any other staff member ever came to speak to me at this point I got up and left and proceeded to drive down the street to visit another bar because that was the only way to get service.

I call in to place a order multiple times and they hang up on me 3 times couldn’t place a food order, if don’t take to go order just say that. not just hanging up, woman aren’t welcome here. Food is ok just be ready for the girls to be rude.

Good time until bill came had large group totally took advantage of us and robbed us blind large group erevy person had additional items that were not ordered added on to their bill. THIEVES STAY AWAY!

Tacos are terrible and the beer is not cold at all. Basic mixed drinks are about $16 each for the tiny glass or at least that’s how mine were rang up. I definitely won’t return.

So this is my 1st time and last time I will ever come here to Zona caliente. The waitress seemed to be not really paying attention to the drink orders. The tab had to be corrected a few times. I paid my $75, left a $10 tip. Members of my party also left paying their tabs. The waitress even acknowledged and took our receipts before leaving. As we are walking out the door, she storms out and says “Y’all not finna to leave me with a $94 tab??” They’re was a person who was not affiliated with our party sitting at the end of the table that ran out on their tab. I complained to the manager and security cop. I felt disappointed and disrespected knowing my tab was paid. If you want your drink orders messed up, and you want to be accused and discriminated like a criminal, Zona caliente is definitely the place for you
