Our family of 20+ showed up at the restaurant at just after 7 pm Saturday evening after visitation of our loved one at the funeral home. The young lady who was our server (I wish I had asked her name) met us with a smile and continued to be pleasant and respectful throughout our meal. Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of our family on such a difficult day. Food was great too.
Went for valentines dinner and it was AMAZING ❤️ Had excellent service and tasty food. Thank you for a good dining experience!!
I am originally from upstate NY and have lived in Abilene, TX for 23 years. I have tried chicken fried steak at many restaurants and don't really care for it most of the time because it's chewy. I tried it at Hickmans and liked it so much I had it 2 weeks in a row. Everything I have seen come out of the kitchen looks really good but the chicken fried steak is the best.
