Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Worst service ever from a Braums. Waited almost an hour for my food, only to realize they were trying to give it to the wrong person multiple times. Do not recommend. To many braums in the area to stop here ever again. Should not take 4 employees to figure out where food goes.

Not sure what happened here but listen to the previous recent bad reviews. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our food, people after us ordered and got their food before us. We asked to see a manager and they just ignored us.

I went here last night got a banana slipt it was really good but as I waited I saw one worker that was just standing and than idk if this women was the manger but she yelling at the employee right in front of me which that's not good manger if that's the case but good ice and the lady that was serving me slammed my ice cream down but I am not from this part of Texas and never been to this ice place the ice cream good not that one employee.

I've been here 3 different times since visiting out of state. The place is so good from the food to the ice cream. Customer service is amazing and the place is clean. The market is so cute and fun

I wrote corporate, no one answered. 27 minutes, order to table time. Burger was cold, fries were cold. All the staff except one that WAS working (about 13%) were griping about having to work, the rest were chatting, milling about, arguing, but not producing. The one person doing their job well was a dining room host. Clearing and cleaning tables, helping people, keeping the beverage stand stocked and clean. A young gentleman. Otherwise, this place was an absolute shit-show on a Friday night.

What a great burger and ice cream spot! They raise and produce as much of their ingredients as they can!! And they really have a great value!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly!!

Dietary restrictions: All of the milk they use is A2A2 so it's great for us with sensitivity to milk!!
