The food most of the time is good. The ice cream is always good. The staff gets u in and out but with no smiles no energy no thank you. It’s like a miserable job to them. Mostly it’s the younger staff that acts this way.

Came inside, got in the correct line, watched employee check out before me, very sweet girl. After she was rung up the staff said i cant check you out. Waited more, 4 people wandered around yet not a single one would check me out or even say hey let me get someone. Seen but ignored. I went and got chicken down the street.

Pretty good chocolate malt. They have two lines, one for food and another for ice cream, someone ordered both from the food line then cut in front of everyone to get there ice cream. Nope, wait like we all had too.

Not sure why the two people in the drive through on 4/6/24 was so rude but geez they must hate where they work! Shakes are great! I work in the public so I always tell them Thank you and have a nice day, they was both a little snappy about a “thank you” and have a nice day. Smh…definitely won’t return to this location.

Stopped in at 10:35am.Drive through said they were out of breakfast and lunch was not ready to serve.Stopped for nothing.I imagine the manager is proud of this great effort of NOT doing what they are expected to do.I went to Burger King. They were ready for people at least.
