Received half a container full of fries, received my sandwich wrong, and they forgot a whole burger. Bacon in a burger was practically raw. All the bread was hard. Please save your money. Day shift 1/19/2025

Okay so we get there and order our food (drive thru) and a young man waves us to the window and proceeded to tell me and my wife that he and one other lady were the only one working and that he would be the one making the food. We told him no worries and he was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. We wait maybe five minutes at most and he brought our food out and was gracious enough to give us a few extra gifts in our bag. What a great human being and the guy needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much!!! He even wrote down what each burger was and how it came on our wrappers, all 4 burgers!

Literally the slowest drive through line I’ve ever been in. Literally all the time and they’re hardly ever busy… why does it take 30 mins every single time I come here.

Got a double whopper and the bun was cold and the meat was overcooked. I once liked BK but for the price I'll go to Chilis and get the Old Timers burger . The manager or owners of this BK need to make some changes.
