The young lady behind the counter made a suggestion to put my jalit9 ranch on texas toast, and it was a good idea. Not as much bread even though I took the top piece off anyway. They played music that was peaceful and uplifting. As I was leaving, I saw the scripture for the day. I will be back.

They were fantastic to me today! Yesterday there was a small mistake on my order and I called them just to see what could be done and they were more than happy to correct the issue and take care of the problem for me. The manager was so kind the staff were happy and helpful and they store was clean inside and out! 10/10 great experience

Went today to get a steak finger basket. Waited in line for 20 min. My food was brought out and was told here is your steak finger basket. Got back to work and opened my box to eat and there were 3 tacos. Think dairy queen needs some training. Bad mix up with only 4 cars in line.

This restaurant cheats on their drive-through times. All day, every day.
Dairy Queen is the only restaurant in Athens, TX that, as a matter of policy, makes cars pull up past the window after they take your money..
And don’t tell me it’s because there are other cars with smaller orders behind you. I have been made to drive up when there is no one behind me
I was told, “we get in trouble if we don’t, “
and “ it helps our drive-through times.”
This only benefits the owner on whatever statistics he’s reporting. It does not benefit the customer at all.
Dairy Queen, if your drive-through times are a problem, then work on your food preparation procedures, and stop pulling this dishonest scam.
