What the heck happened to my drink? Ordered a strawberry colada rebel blended at the Athens, TX store. Did not look like the picture on their website/menu. Disappointing as that was 10 mins later the drink starting separating and looked like spoiled cream/out of date cream was used. Nasty! Nasty! We were so excited when DB came to TX. They were always our first stop during our trips to Idaho.

I usually have a wonderful experience but today I got my sister and I a coffee blended mine was supposed to have the chocolate sauce and the brownie pieces and my sisters was supposed to have the brownie pieces and both of mine were wrong and she said they didn’t say anything about it. No apologies no oh did you want something else on them, they just made it like normal very unfortunate. At least I got my soft top.

Just letting you know. You have awesome workers. I love it everytime I go to Dutch bros, normally I don't get a have a good day note but today I did. I have been going through so much mentally and seeing that helped so much. Keep up the awesome work guys
Usually I love Dutch bros but today’s experience really made me realize I don’t want to go there anymore. Went through the drive thru where I was met by a lady who looked at she hated her job. She was very short worded and rude. I was going to order 4 drinks but she cut me off after ONE order. She gave me the total and rudely asked me how I was going to pay. Not to mention, they did not make my drink right this morning either. Asked for an extra sweet soda and they gave me the most uncarbonated bland tasting soda I’ve ever had. Had to swing by Starbucks on my way home today just so I could have a drink that was guaranteed to taste good. And the people there were actually nice.
