Can't really rate the atmosphere because it's drive through only. But I've never been disappointed in a drink I've ordered.
Not really sure what kind of voodoo magic this location does with their drinks, but both the rebel and coffee I ordered were spot on correct and absolutely delicious! Way to go Athens Texas Dutch Bros! ?

Starbucks who??? The first time I ever had Dutch Bros I was instantly hooked. The sugar-free menu is unmatched & their coffee doesn't taste burnt. Hands down my favorite. Take my MONEY!!!!

My go-to order is the Nutty Irishman Freeze breva. With Hazelnut softop. For a hot drink, I usually get the Kicker extra hot. For the smoothie, it would be Mango pineapple with real fruit topping. Decent size drive-through for larger vehicles, i.e., F450. Can be a little challenging getting out, especially turning left. Depending on traffic.

My boyfriend and I have tried Dutch bros in Midland TX, Lubbock TX, and Athens TX. (Multiple times each.) Out of all those visits, We’ve only had 1 good experience. We’re finally done and don’t plan on ever going back. The drinks have been inconsistent and rarely super good. Often when we’ve ordered frozen drinks, they've been icy and chunky.
What pushed me over the edge happened in Midland. I immediately noticed that the girl helping me at my car window was being very short with us and not smiling at all. (I understand that everyone has bad days.) I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. She had us pay, then we waited in line until we were at the window. At the window, they were handing me a random drink that had chocolate in it.
I stopped her and said I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. I was only then informed that “we don’t make any macchiatos. I think the person who helped you, typed in a custom drink.” So not only was she not friendly, but she also did not enter the drink I was ordering, and did not tell me that she was not planning on giving me the drink I ordered. And she had us pay money for it! Unacceptable.
