I really suggest if you eat here you don't choose this place if you live out of town as they just basically tell you screw you In fact he might have actually said that. Then when I asked for corporate's number he said he had no idea how to find that kind of number although he said he was the manager. I don't normally get upset about this kind of stuff but it was quite a bit of food that I did not receive.

Saw the sign for family meal $20!! It came with 7 pieces of chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes & gravy, & 4 biscuits, that is a GREAT PRICE!! My family was very happy & food was great.

I preordered for pickup an hour in advance. I arrived on time but there was a line for pickups. It took me 15 minutes to get my order. The Mgr was constantly hovering over the employees in the kitchen instead of helping out at the counter. I had to stop an employee who was putting food into the pickup area to ask abt my order. It was ready. Horrible customer service. The Manager needs to be retrained!

With My First choice to order I was told it would be 26 minutes before I could get it. The second choice they only had one crispy so I ordered my third choice- no. 1 original. It was 20 minutes before we got our food. No apology for the delay. It was miserably cold in the restaurant.

We came through the drive through and they had us park for 20 min. The parking was full of people also waiting on their food, so there was nowhere to park. The order was correct and the food was fresh. They may have just been understaffed on the day I came. I would still visit again and give them another try.
