Hot n' Ready means wait 15 minutes, or more. Both locations I go to say the same thing. "I'm sorry sir, we don't have any made. It'll be about 15 minutes". Then 20 to 30 minutes later, I get my order. It's just a cheese pizza. Why can't it be ready? But I guess with how defeated and unhappy the employees look when I walk in, I guess it's hard to get motivated enough to do work. Sad
So clean and friendly staff I think she said her name was Jasmin made us feel so welcome and the food was delicious! Thank you little ceasars! Keep up the good work!
I'll give you the store was busy, but not til after I made my order, then a bunch of people ordered after me. When I got my pizza, I left and went home. When I opened my pizza and tried to eat it, the crust was so thin and doughy it flopped around in my hands like a limp noodle. I didn't order thin crust, but even if I had, thin crust is supposed to be crispy. But here's the kicker, when I called to complain about it, instead of taking my complaint and making it right, the person on the other end says ," oh a bunch of customers just came in, can you call back later and complain?". I mean really, what kind of customer service is that! ? Someone needs to retrain these employees on customer service. A good employee would have asked another employee to take over the counter and seen to my complaint right away. Regardless if they were busy or not or at least put me on hold. I would have waited. The employee was just down right rude. I don't know who the manager is, but I'm gonna find out. She or He needs to be aware the employee would rather loose a customer than do her damn job. Retraining is in order for sure. You need to address the complaints when they come in, not when it's convenient for them!

Lately they never have pizzas ready, today I come to buy at 9:45 pm and they tell me that they only have one cheese pizza in their entire inventory, since the store hours say that they close at 10:30 pm, how is it? They may not have any pepperoni pizza ready.

Went in today to get a hot and ready they didn’t have any, the girl at the counter said 15 min so I was waiting later a person walked in and she asked for the same thing and she gave her a pizza right away when there were 2 people in front of her me and other person waiting on the same thing. Also the people making pizza had no gloves or hairnets and they both have very long hair hot and ready no as advertised ?
