Order a Quarter pounder with cheese, mayo and pickles only and this what I get and it was just half slap together,but if u order a fish sandwich they soak it in tartar sauce never on the bun always have off along with. Presentation sucks for them they careless how ur food looks

I ordered breakfast at 10:12 by mobile order paid for it and headed to collect my food assuming it would be done by the time I arrived. I got in the drive through line told them my code waited until around 10:35 to get to the window to pick up my food and I was just handed my sweet tea and said here you go. The drive through attendant then came back as I sat and waited for my sausage mcmuffin and asked me what I was waiting on so I told her my order. I was then told my order basically was canceled and my mcmuffin would be refunded to me since it's past breakfast. Mind you I had already ordered and paid online the sole reason I didn't make it on time technically was the drive through line. I only ordered a large sweet tea and a sausage mcmuffin.

took our money and turned us away when we went to pick up our food because they wanted to close early. Now we won’t eat tonight because we spent everything we had on that order and they wouldn’t refund us and said we have to wait 7-10 business days. employee was rude and slammed the window shut on us. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t believe they think it’s ok to accept online orders and take money with no intentions of fulfilling orders.

ordered several items for a party and worker took to the wrong table then after watching the table put their hands all over my food I witnesses the manager take the food put it on another tray and bring it to our party. Absolutely disgusting 🤢
