Went to drive through to order a Frappuccino was told teaching was the machine was down. I work at Walmart and see my associates walking around with them and they just went to there and got the same thing I was trying to order. I called the manager and all I was told the machine was working and he was sorry. I was furious and he didn't seem to want to do anything else about it. This happens every time I go there to order one the machine is always down. I think they just don't want take it. The service always suck.

i had to say my code several times then when i got to the window to pay my deal hadent even been added yet then when i get to the second window and ask them to add on ranch with my oder of bbq sauce they give me 1 bbq and 3 ranches and no straw, asked for cookies to be warm and are cold and stale.

This location is so inconsistent with their food cooking. One shift does it perfect, the next shift leaves you wishing the first shift was there. How can the food be so different if McDonald’s has cooking standards and I’m sure instructions on how long to cook things?! Even the ice tea is inconsistent. One shift it’s nice and strong the next it looks like yellow/orange water. So weak. Being that this is the only location in Athens, if you want McDonald’s, you have to go here but be prepared for a box of chocolates…..you never know what you’re going to get!!

Ordered through DoorDash- assuming the kids think it’s funny to put gobs of mayo on a burger to the point it’s inedible. Chicken nuggets weren’t fresh nor were the fries. Tasted like they’d been cooked for hours. Absolutely disgusting. Do better. Don’t recommend them at all. With post reviews I read, I’m not surprised.
