As far as branches belonging to this restaurant chain go, I would put this one in Athens in the top 5 of those where I’ve eaten in the last few years. The food is pretty good (given that it’s basically fast food), not served on styrofoam, and the staff is both friendly and helpful if you need anything!
I want to stop for a moment and say thank you to Julio. My husband went to panda for our dinner as a special treat after a long hard week of work. We had the honey sesame chicken - honey walnut shrimp - n- noodles. We ate the chicken and when we moved onto the shrimp we both agreed that the texture wasn't right and we called to ask if the shrimp is already cooked before they fry it. My concern was it being undercooked and because it's seafood I didn't want to risk...
Staff is usually friendly. The only problem I have is that the teriyaki chicken is cut up in very large pieces. They do not include a knife with plastic wear when you pull through the drive through. I always ask them it cut it into smaller pieces. They seldom do that. I eat there about once a week. Someone may get choked on those big pieces.
