First time ever bad service 7/21/24 just before noon. Worst cashier ever. She kept getting things wrong. Wouldn't ask for help. Had to ask for the combo cups and asure her we didn't get them. We haven't left the cashier area and we have no cups. Same with the chips. Food was good. Just hope the cashier gets better training or she decides this is not the right employment for her.

Mediocre food in a standard corporate dining facility lacking personality, uniqueness and character. The food is okay, but has a taste that, to me, seems to suggest something added to the food to give it a smoke flavoring. Just not my taste, I suppose.

I really enjoyed my Greek salad. This is my second time trying schlotskys, my first time was at a different location and I disliked my sandwich.It's a healthier version of fast food in my opinion. They are slightly on the pricey side but the ingredients seem very fresh.The cashier didn't know the difference with the dressings, but he was polite. Our food was brought out quickly.The dining room is pretty plain. The bathroom is pretty clean. It's a typical chain restaurant.
