Ordered the footling chili cheese and mustard. No cheese or mustard, chili was a dry clump. Would of been better to tell the customer. Making a new batch of chili and give a time frame. The customer could make a new choice or wait. Not be served possible expired food, risking a visit from the state inspectors.

I didn't feel quite welcomed at this particular location, to be honest. The person (mid-20s young white lady) who took my order made me feel rushed, hurry up and get your food, and leave. Its 2024, ppl!! The food was sub-par. Won't be back
This was the most disgusting Sonic I've ever seen! Thankfully, we only wanted drinks...and I wasn't even sure I wanted to drink it. The guy behind the counter wiped syrup off his arm, then handed me my change. The bills were so sticky I had to wipe them off with a wet wipe before putting them in my purse. Tables were dirty. The whole place was a mess.
