We ordered a venti iced pink drink with cold foam and a bacon gouda sandwich
When we got the drink it was the pink drink but was for someone else named Megan who apparently had not picked it up and the drink had been sitting for a while. You can tell it was sitting for a while and had melted and the cold foam was floating at the bottom. When I asked about it the lady working drive thru told me that was the drink I ordered and it was fine. Well it's not fine I ended up throwing the drink away it did not taste right and was NASTY!!!!!

Super busy, not enough staff, requested additional topping items, watched when both items were made identically, but was charged for additional topping.

I wanted to go ahead and leave a review with a small, yet puzzling issue I’ve been encountering. I’ve noticed with my usual coffee order. In the mornings, my coffee is priced at $3.52, but in the afternoon, it suddenly jumps to $4.20. Now, I’m all for a good plot twist, but this one’s leaving me a bit confused and a little less caffeinated than I’d like. Today, after what I can only describe as a highly necessary power nap, I returned for my afternoon fix. Still shaking off the post nap fog, I was politely informed that my total was $4.20. (mind you, it’s not the first time) to which I replied, “No, it’s not. It’s $3.52.” The barista kindly insisted, and I had to muster all my strength to avoid using some unflattering language – the caffeine deficiency was real!
Now that I’ve had the rest of the day to collect myself, I wanted to clarify that I order the same thing every time: hot coffee, no sugar, simple and straightforward, just like my mornings. And, while 68 cents might seem small, it adds up especially when coffee is your life force. I do apologize for being a bit stern earlier, blame it on the nap-induced haze, but I would truly appreciate it if you could take a quick look at the pricing discrepancy. My caffeine-fueled days would run a lot smoother with consistent pricing. After all, I just want my coffee journey to be as simple and sweet as, well, a cup of hot coffee, without sugar, of course.
Thanks so much for your understanding, and I’ll make sure to schedule more power naps to avoid future grumpiness!

Not only did I wait for 2 drinks for 15 minutes. One of the drinks was wrong. I went up to the cashier and she said so sorry. I THEN GOT PUT AT THE END OF THE QUE. And waited another 10 minutes for my remake. Piss poor service.
