Had a great experience at the Athens Tx Starbucks The London Fog was outstanding and when I ordered the same thing here in Palestine Tx and the difference was palpable. The order was served in the wrong cup , was transferred into an inside cup and was lukewarm it was terrible and I want a refund. (I don't know how I ended up with a Canadian location on what was meant to be this review. Perhaps its the weather ☔️) in closing, I want a replacement for this disappointment in a cup.

First review ever ! I’ve had a horrible morning & I thought maybe some coffee would make me feel better . Ordered my coffee and this is what I got . It’s not even filled all the way up . I bet you if I transferred this into a grande cup it would be filled . Please give me what I payed for . I’ve had a tough morning I didn’t have the energy or time to ask why it wasn’t filled up to what I payed for .

This was my first visit to this location. It was also THE MOST watered-down mocha frappe I've ever had in my life. I even had ordered 2 extra shots of expresso. Very nice employees though.

Try not to stop at this location if you can. Staff is always rude every single time I go in. Never have I been greeted at this location. This particular incident, which I’ve had several other similar experiences and it’s just gotten out of hand at this point. Anyways, I walk in for my order placed online, my food is there but not my drink, I see my drink on the counter half made just sitting there. I watch the staff make 10 other drinks pushing mine to the side, after about 10-15 minutes of standing there I finally say excuse me I’m sorry but I think that’s my drink sitting there half made that I’ve been waiting for. The barista looks at me and says oh I didn’t start that one so I’m sorry, like okay bc you didn’t start my drink means I have to sit here and watch you make everyone else’s drink and leave mine?? She made my drink, slammed it on the counter and said have a great day with such a shitty attitude. This location is complete crap.
