I pulled up to get my pickup order and all of the employees were standing outside smoking cigarettes. I just moved here, and honestly that really grossed me out. What concerns me most is that they immediately went back inside to handle orders, and I seriously doubt they washed their hands before touching my food. That’s a major health and sanitation issue, and it made me extremely uncomfortable picking up my order. Because of this experience, I won’t be going back.

This place it’s going down hill. It’s the second time we order through the app. Once we do they call because they don’t have a certain item and basically you have to cancel everything. The problem here is that the app doesn’t have a cancel option. So you have to come in person to get a reimbursement. They are rude, confused, and their best and only response is, “there is nothing we can do”

Wrong order all the way around was given to us then the little girl that answered the phone. The manager was rude and had an attitude with her response. Try to say that we picked up the wrong order when they handed the wrong order so Athens, Texas Subway sucks.

This place is so dirty, the dining room floor and tables had not been cleaned in weeks. Soda machine was awful, when staff took my cup to get me ice, his thumb went in it. After we decided to eat in the car, it grossed us out so bad we throw the sandwich in the trash. How does this place exist? I'm reporting it to all the regulators today. They are going to poison someone due to filth.

Under new management. The manager has been at this location 2 weeks now but said he has previously ran the one in Malakoff for a year. First time I have seen it this clean and the food was fresh. No complaints.
Sat in the drive through for ever and had no clue it did not work. I went inside and the employees were rolling their eyes at one of the customers request. An older lady at that.

Dining area, Kitchen and bathroom is very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff! Fresh delicious sandwiches. This is by far my favourite Subway restaurant and OMG…those cookies!
