I have not been to this subway in a while due to it going down hill so fast over the years. Tonight I seen a new worker, Patrick Harris behind the counter, so we stopped in to see how it would go this time. He was so polite and was working very hard to keep things clean and organized as he made out sandwiches. He made the experience wonderful wich is something the subway here has been lacking for a long time. They seem to be working hard to turn the reputation around! They are on the right path! Will definitely stop by here again!

I ordered through the mobile app at 11:20am and scheduled for pickup at 11:55am. When I arrived at 11:50am, there were 4 people standing in line and the employee hadn't started on mine yet. I did not leave with my food until 12:30pm. This location needs more than 1 employee in the store and they need to learn how to prioritize in the online orders.

I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches on the app today. 02/04/25. When I got home we opened up our sandwiches and each one was stale. The filling was lacking to. Order a Boss and you'd expect to a reasonable amount of meat... maybe it's just me. However there's no excuse for stale bread. I mean really stale! Will never use this subway again.

They fired the best worker they had at the subway in the walmart of Athens,TX... His name is Bobby LaGree and was fired for letting customs prepay for thier food so they could do thier shopping and pick it afterward. I wont be going back
