It was awesome to see not one, not two, but THREE employees cleaning. The lobby and bathrooms looked so good and tidy! The employees were kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and that our needs were met. You guys got yourselves a great team of workers and it shows!

I don't like being pestered about ordering before I am ready and not even in line yet. Also, don't stand there and force yourself on the customers to order at the self order machines. I DID NOT COME TO HAVE YOU WALK ME THROUGH ORDERING MYSELF ON YOUR SELF ORDERING MACHINE. DO I WORK HERE? ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME FOR TAKI G MY OWN ORDER? Let people choose to order over the counter and don't hover or force them to the self order kiosks! I tried to make it clear I didn't want to be helped in this manner but it seems that's how they like it here.

I came in a few weeks ago (I had forgotten to leave this review as I intended to back then so I'm making up for it now) to order the Flamin Hot Grilled Cheese burrito and was confused to find it unavailable at the self-ordering kiosk. Jay saw me approach the counter and immediately came over to help, and when I told him what I wanted he explained that they were having issues with the kiosk and that it didn't list the burrito, but he told me that I could order anything else I wanted and he would add the burrito in manually on their end.
He was very polite and cheerful, and I was very happy with his service and attentiveness. Also, my order came out perfect and nothing was missing or incorrect even though I made some special requests. Jay turned an inconvenience into a very positive experience wnd I want to make sure he gets credit for doing that for me. I plan to return soon, hoping they're still serving those flamin hot burritos. Taco Bell should keep them on the menu permanently, they're one of the best things I ever had from that company.
