Every taco bell I go to is the same. Hit or miss on food quality or service. Today I made a mistake and ordered incorrectly on the app. The nice lady told me not to worry about it, wrote down the right order and I got it a couple minutes later. Nobody's stomach is meant to eat Taco bell consistently but if I could I would at the Athens location. I appreciate the quick fix on my lunch break!

Made an order from here on 05/18 , we paid for extra of the avocado salsa and got home and was none in there. We also ordered items with no sour cream (which I asked the worker that they made sure there was none on there to which he said there was none) and we got home and every item that was ordered without sour cream had sour cream on it.

Went through the drive through today and was very pleased with the service! The woman taking our order was very polite and helpful, and the guy taking our money was really nice. It was refreshing because I don’t usually experience that at fast food restaurants

Absolutely terrible quality. The chicken was so dry it could pass for jerky. The bean and cheese burrito had nacho cheese instead of shredded cheese and the rice was so hard I couldn't tell if it was uncooked or dried out. In Athens, Taco Casa is 100 times better quailty in my experience.

Order the number 76 and a 10 back it was some kind of party bag of just some burritos and tacos came back today it was late last night and come back to daylight actually very unhappy we got a wrong order they have not collected our rightful food that we paid for which was the number six number 10 and a 7 we want it with tacos and burritos last night will my food replace or my money back

I ordered 4 burritos with no onions. They gave me 2 withh and 2 without I guess. 50% is good enough the children that work in fast food these days.
