It was awesome to see not one, not two, but THREE employees cleaning. The lobby and bathrooms looked so good and tidy! The employees were kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and that our needs were met. You guys got yourselves a great team of workers and it shows!

I came in a few weeks ago (I had forgotten to leave this review as I intended to back then so I'm making up for it now) to order the Flamin Hot Grilled Cheese burrito and was confused to find it unavailable at the self-ordering kiosk. Jay saw me approach the counter and immediately came over to help, and when I told him what I wanted he explained that they were having issues with the kiosk and that it didn't list the burrito, but he told me that I could order anything...

Every taco bell I go to is the same. Hit or miss on food quality or service. Today I made a mistake and ordered incorrectly on the app. The nice lady told me not to worry about it, wrote down the right order and I got it a couple minutes later. Nobody's stomach is meant to eat Taco bell consistently but if I could I would at the Athens location. I appreciate the quick fix on my lunch break!
