Have been here in the past and burgers and service were good , This time around was a different story seem like the food quality has gone down and now they charging extra for everything. I don’t mind paying for good food and good service but this visit was far from that. There were three of us and one person got their food while the other two of us did not get our burgers till our other guest had finished their burger. Good luck twisted root not sure we will come back again

A burger, fries and a shake was $20. I was NOT impressed with the burger, the fries were overcooked, but the shake was the best part of my meal. Chili's has a much better burger and fries for $10

Other than it being a little pricey the place was really good. Kids and wife got the regular burger and I got the turkluckin or something like that but it was delicious. Was a runny egg over the top of a couple chicken fingers and a turkey patty on Texas toast with a honey butter sauce that was awesome.

A solid burger joint with some fun options (including a burger with peanut butter cups). The burger was decent but the fried appetizer sampler we got was fairly average - pretty greasy. Although the fries were really good! Worth a visit. I also really appreciate the gluten free bun option.

Horrible service. Just order pickup because they are the only customers they seem to care about.

Tried this place out today and was impressed with the food. The burger (got a custom burger) and it was excellent. The house chips I would say on one try weren't great a bit over cooked but not horrible. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of seating and the pickle bar is cool.

Decor is cute at first but not really much there. Burgers were dry and a little hard to eat. Chips were very light and tasty. Fries were soft and greasy. Only soda options are super sugary tasting (all homemade kind of sodas). Food was a little pricey for this area. Food took probably 20 min to come out after ordering but we were the only order at that time.

Great place. A little confusing when you go in as to where to go...especially if you've ever been in a bigger Twisted Root. But all's well.

They allow dogs. I'm sure all the other stuff is pretty important, but they allow dogs.

1st time visit. food was good, especially the home brewed pickles and the root beer BBQ sauce
“Gourmet” burger with condiment packets?? Really?? Chicken sandwich I needed a spoon to eat it was a total mess. That sandwich, with a kid burger, two beers was almost 50 bucks. I should expect a decent aioli and not a plastic packet of mayo. For shame. Yet another place with tip expected for counter service. My side of fries did not have a single piece longer than an inch. Our meal was an expensive mess. 2 stars might be too generous.
