There really is a lot of potential here. Flavor is definitely needed. Wagu was okay, buffalo had no flavor. Lower priced burgers were good. Soggy bottom buns is not appealing or appetizing.

Awesome burger and pickle bar.Fries are on point and the onion rings are awesome.Dog friendly on the patio is a huge plus!I am a bit of a burger snob and these are top notch. We are in town for a few weeks and will be going back here again for sure!! Highly recommend

We eaten twice and the food was poor.We ordered take out and they left out half our order.When called said they would make it up on next order. Ask if we could get an email, text or coupon.They said no. Just mention assistant managers name that she gave us.We tried to redeem it on the second visit and they treated us like we were criminals. Then said to call manager; who was way worse.Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Ended up just buying food since we were there. They didn’t have proper change to give back so just took less and paid more; unbelievable.No one even finished their meals.Way over priced for quality.Terrible and horrible time, there are to many other burger places to suffer this way.

The only criticism I can give Twisted Root is that while I was asked if medium well was ok for my burger, it was medium at best. Now I say this with the caviat that I actually prefer my burger done to medium. Everything tasted delicious, and the dining area was clean. Service was outstanding.

Very unique and delicious! They offer free grange wagyu, Buffalo, and game meat. Generous food portions (I couldn't finish my salad). I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised!

Was so bummed when the store in Tyler close, TR is my fav in Dallas. We were in Athens today and was surprised to find this location. It did not disappoint. Manager and bartender were very friendly and food was great. Only 30 minutes from home. Will be back.
