Enjoyed their shrimp bento box lunch. It was very tasty and fresh with Wasabi mustard, fresh ginger, rice and much more. Very good sushi.

At first look, the place didn't look open.. had boards on the windows and door, but then you walk in and it's nice inside and the waitress and workers are real nice. At first, I was skeptical about eating hibachi or sushi from a place with a drive thru LOL. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Food was amazing; I got the filet mignon and chicken combination with fried rice and veggies. Filet was cooked well and chicken was very tasty as well. Lobster rangoons were good as well. Spent about 30$ for everything not including tip. If you have a lowered car go sideways!

Yamato is one of my new favorite places in Athens. It was absolutely delicious and everything was as close to perfect as possible that I'm rounding up to five stars, although I am hesitant to give five stars. Since I like to point out a flaw, I wish the layout was more open. It feels too "square", like most of the tables and seats are parallel to each other. It's a bit expensive, but worth it.

The dining area and restaurant are a sort of "no frills " set-up. Don't let this prevent you from walking in. The service is top notch, and the food is fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place.
