I had came through earlier and got some food and I have called and called multiple times and nobody has answered the phone. I got the Churros and they were so hard couldn’t even eat them and they didn’t give the chocolate sauce felt like a waste of my money

They would not let us check out order at the window to see if it was correct (because it is usually wrong). Our fries were missing. No apology for not letting us check, no apologizing for taking money for something they didn't give us, no apology for inconvenience. No pretension that they actually cared about people or doing a good job.

Super bummed that I missed the hours chicken sandwiches are cooked but I waited til I felt like an *$$ for ordering any food due to closing. So deeply sorry to those on shift when I sometimes run thru. Ur the bomb!! Not even a hint of hard feelings ever come thru in customer service or food quality. Ur current closing manager is a huge asset to ur brand/branch/team.

Stopped by and got a small Whopper Combo and opened up the sandwich and the bun was Burnt and the patty was torn up, I didn't complaint I just ate it as is..

To get the best lunch is to go around 10am because they are still serving breakfast but you can get lunch and the meat is fresher instead of just sitting in the little trays. The morning time at BK tends to be better in my opinion.
Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options like the fries, hash browns, French toast sticks, and the impossible whopper which is delicious ?
Kid-friendliness: They have a play place area for the kiddos to play while they are eating.
