82 degrees inside. We ordered 3 different items, 2 we're right, and of those 2, the onion rings we're burnt up on one. The wrong order, we carried back, and waited 30 minutes but never received the right order. When we asked for our money back, we were told that they aren't allowed to give money back, and scribbled on the receipt to give us a free chicken strip basket on our next visit. On the bright side, all my food was right, except for tomatos being left on my taco. I will reevaluate on my next visit.

Every time I come to Dairy Queen, I have to wait for anything including ice cream. One time I was sitting there in my ice cream was sitting on the counter and I still had to ask for it. Service here is ridiculously horrible. Management needs to do something about it
