Customers are never told when there is an extra charge. Customers should be allowed to decide if they want to pay the difference. Manager does not know what the crew is saying to the customers.
Let me start by saying these employees go above and beyond. Each and every time we have brought our family to eat whether it be day or night the staff always makes sure we are well taken care of. Food is always made to our liking and those girls do an amazing job with our ice cream. You guys and gals are appreciated.
Hands down best service in East Texas. We dined in last night and this was the friendliest environment we have visited in quite some time. Service with a smile, super accommodating and overall a very refreshing experience. We will definitely be back!!
