I stopped here around 9 pm on a Thursday. I counted at least 5 employees working. There were 2 cars in the drive thru, no one else in the lobby. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The young man went and bagged up my food and brought it, while 2 other employees watched. When I asked for my drinks he wanted to know what I ordered, instead of bringing me the drinks or even empty cups, he went to work on an order for the drive up. I then asked two other employees for my drinks, before finally receiving them. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time.

First, worst mcdonalds ever. Ordered 3 breakfast burritos, 2 drinks and waited over 15 minutes to get our food. Ice machines had no ice, and the odor permeatimg from somewhere smelled of old mop water and vomit. I understand a rush but this was just abysmal.

Fast food is hard work. I know it. Anybody that has worked it knows it. But this is the worst McDonald's I've seen. Floors in the dining area were filthy and sticky. Trash and food littered the food prep area. Staff wandered from station to station, working but in a poorly organized way. It took 25 minutes to acquire chicken nugget happy meals. And once they were finally received... the fries were cold. I could forgive undercooked fries or a delay. Like I said, fast food is hard. But what I see is basically non existent management.
To my fellow travelers: Go elsewhere if you value time or quality.

My kids love the burgers a d nuggets hers. I just recently tried the iced Carmel coffee and it's good and worth the price if you like coffee that ain't that sweet

The Kids meal comes w fries AND apple slices. You can get extra fries instead of the apple slices @ no extra charge literally every McDonalds in America. This place wants to charge you for the substitution fries and then keeps the apple slices. lol Stop ripping people off losers.
