I ordered in the app, it said my 2 foot long sandwiches would be done by 630pm. I arrived at 631pm, they were busy so I took a seat. At 635pm an employee placed my toasted sandwiches at the fresh ingredients and walked away to work on a different online order until almost 650pm. I walked up to the counter at 645 and was not acknowledged. Once the employee came back she still didn't acknowledge me until I told her the food was mine. I was very disappointed at the way the place...
Food quality has increased in all my recent visits to our local branch. Have been using less traditional order methods (door dash to work and curb side service) and still my order is always made fresh, quick and correct. Must admit that my order was literally wrapped up and set aside for my curb side service....and then the staff accidentally forgot me. Gave me quite a whole to watch many satisfied customers enter and exit while I still waited getting quite miffed...but the food...
Kim definitely made our night. I didn't catch the other two workers names. However we sat and laughed and had a good conversation while our food was being made. Definitely recommend stopping here.
