Excellent customer service! There was a really difficult customer in front of me and Luna handled the situation with grace. My everything bagel and passion fruit sunrise were on point!
Normally I do not post comments online but this time I wanted to do it because of the good service I receive every time I go to buy my breakfast, I could say that I am a beagle lover and in this place I always receive good service I could say from almost all the staff starting with the manager, the big surprise that I got when I wanted to post my comment was that many people as customers are not happy because of the stars they put, well I want to be very clear and I think I know...
Great place! Love the service, love the manager she’s great. The workers even though they young are very nice always welcome me always smiling they apologize if they don’t have the bagel you want if they don’t have it.
Store, restrooms clean.
But sometimes is sad to see people that they not nice are rude to them just because they don’t have the bagels or your order is delayed but is because they busy!!!!
