ive been coming for about 8 months and they have really turned around as a store

Worst customer service

It's nice to not get any utensils or condiments, soupy custards, wrong toppings on opposite sandwiches, no apple juice or custard with the kids meal and I guess chili cheese fries means cheese and no chili. How do you own a franchise and let it fail that bad?

Good but check your order. This is my 3rd time here. First was good so I came back. Second, no beef. Last, more missing items on menu and in bag.

We repeated our order 3 times at the speaker and then we repeated our order 3 more times at the window so she changed the receipt to the right order but still gave us the wrong order so we will probably not eat at this Freddy's again. We like Freddy's but the service at this Freddy's is terrible.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Put in a delivery order half the stuff was missing and the phone me number rings to a non descriptive voicemail for who knows who. I left a voicemail and nothing. I’ve called corporate and left them a message too. I don’t care about the 30 bucks as much as making a point at this stage.

Almost slipped when I walked into the door. Film of grease on the tiles there. Ordered, my drink cup had two large black spots of some kind of food. Watched the fry guy-wearing gloves that looked like he just changed the oil in his car with them; stick those nasty gloves into my fry bag. That wasn’t the worst. The guy building my sandwich kept sticking his fingers down inside his socks to scratch the bottom of his feet. Then grab food to build my sandwich. I am DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE! Needless to say, I threw my food away and will never be back. I doubt anyone at Freddie’s cares about this but the public needs to be aware of this behavior.

Order fries and hamburger and it was expensive without the drink the manager didn't know about the cost. The manager had tobacco in his mouth and he was serving the food. The kitchen is dirty and they were dropping things back there. In and out burger is where i will go.

Been here a handfull of times, and honestly I can see why its always so empty. The drive thru is the worst they take so long to give you the food, we came for ice cream this saturday 02/28/2026 and they gave us our shakes over flowing like spilling over the lid and they still handed to us like that, didnt clean anything off or anything, we didnt receive straws or napkins all we received were spoons. I also ordered a turtle delite large thinking it would be in a large ice cream cup. I received it in a large drink cup with the topping only on the top so after the topping were done i had a large cup of vanilla ice cream. I will not be coming here again just not a pleasent expirance.

Very disappointed not busy and it’s been over 20 minutes just to receive 2 sundaes, finally asked about our order and was told oh sorry we forgot about it. This is uncalled for to say the least

Bailey at the window was outstanding.
He was polite, professional, and very communicative about my delayed order. I truly appreciated how clearly he kept me informed. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.

Freddy’s is lucky to have him!

Never ordering here again. Making a burger isn't that hard, I've done it. Twice now we've ordered with basic topping (lettuce, tomato, pickles) and received food without them. Staff clearly isn't paying attention and the with restaurant being a burger place that cannot get a burger correct...its sad.

Went in for a PB cups concrete with extra candy on top and that's not what I received 🙃 had to ask them twice to fix it and over paid for it as well because they charged me for some Royale concrete instead and never got extra candy

Honestly, this location needs help! Save yourself the time and trouble and go ANYWHERE else!
