I placed an online order, scheduled for a 6pm delivery on 12/30. After working a 10 hour shift, I just wanted to have dinner ready when I got home.
I get home, it wasn’t there. No big deal. Waited until 6:45 to call, was told it was out for delivery and would be here within 5-10 minutes. 30 more minutes pass, and it still wasn’t here. My husband called and was put in contact with the owner, who claims he delivered the order himself.

We've had several bad experiences with this location, but we won't go back after what occurred last night. We used to get pizza from this location at least once a week on Friday, but not anymore. My husband experienced virtually every customer service issue that you can imagine down to them over charging us. Of course, the app is broken again.
