Im a customer at this amazing business!! I can say that the cheesecake protein shake is a must ! And the crepes as well , after drinking the cheesecake smoothie I was satisfied and didn’t feel guilty because even though it tasted like the real stuff , I knew that what I was consuming was protein !! ??love this place , go check it out for yourself !!

A friendly place and nutrition when we needed it most - thankful for this little place! A bright stop in an otherwise very difficult morning, we were met with kindness and delicious drinks & mini donuts. Bonus points for gluten free!

Everything I’ve had so far is amazing and the owner Is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Many healthy options and a good variety of food and drinks on the menu. Try this place like NOW if you’re reading this!
