~Favorite Downtown Austin Diner~
Our best kept secret Diner - the food is always good and you can always get a seat quickly. Love the Austinee atmosphere, laid back and cool industrial cozy interior.
Some of our favorite foods served: Chicken Biscuit, Incredible Milkshakes, Vegetable Hash, Chicken and Waffles, Steak Frites w/chimichurri, Excellent Hamburgers and fries. Generous portions so if you are like me you get delicious leftovers too!
Above all the waitstaff is very chill and on the spot. There is an excellent new Manager as well that is a welcoming kindred spirit.
~Cheers!

I enjoyed an excellent early morning hash and coffee breakfast . The service was attentive without being obtrusive. Cloth napkins, solid cutlery, comfortable seating, and a pleasing absence of garishness in the decor. The American diner as it should be!

Coolest dinner you’ll ever step foot into. Craft beers and cocktails. The staff especially Rider was exceptional. We will be back over our 5 day stay.

Highly recommend the French toast! The citrus cream on it makes it stand out from other French toast I’ve had. The veggie patties weren’t for me. My brother had the blackened tuna sandwich and loved it.
Food was fantastic. All house made sauces. Hard to decide what to order, breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Last night after The Nutcracker Ballet. I took my Family to 24.Bailey is the best and Ryder the Manager was very hands on. He was not in the Office. He was chatting, serving, meeting and greeting people. The Food is phenomenal especially if you want a variety. Check them out get a plate of Bacon

This spot definitely shows a lot of potential, especially when it comes to the food. Everything we tried—the chicken and waffles, French toast, and chicken fried chicken—was genuinely delicious and prepared really well. The flavors were on point, and the dishes couldn’t have been better. However, the overall condition of the restaurant itself takes away from the experience. The space feels worn down, from the faded paint to the tired seat cushions, and it could use some refreshing. With a little attention to the interior, this place could easily shine. For now, the food is worth ordering, but getting it to-go might be the more comfortable choice.

Nice variety of menu options. Everything was delish! Wagyu burger, corn fritters, lollipops, chili cheese fries. Owner was interactive and hilarious! Would recommend this find.

I absolutely love this place. We’ve tried the hash, the chicken and waffles, and a variety of other dishes—everything has been consistently fresh and delicious. I especially appreciate that when I ask for jalapeños, the staff doesn’t bring just a token few slices; they provide a generous serving, enough to enjoy a bit of heat in every bite, which I adore.
From the mimosas to the Earl Grey tea, the beverage selection is equally impressive. The quality, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make every visit exceptional.

Great atmosphere right up a millennial's alley! Came for chicken and waffles, but we didn't think the waffles were out of this world. Slightly on the pricey side (expected for downtown fare). Lots of options for a group of 8 with a wide range of tastes.

I loved this place. The fried mac and cheese was delicious. So was the bacon avocado burger and the milkshake of the month (Chai Apple Pie).
