My absolute favorite. I get the migas tacos on flour and add beans. It might seem a little bland, but I drench mine in their homemade hot sauce. I will daydream about it until I return.

My first time visiting 3 Hermanas food truck and didn’t disappoint. Tacos were delicious and fulfilling, they give you plenty of filling two tacos were enough for me! The owner was really nice & friendly :)
They’re located on the food truck area of Anderson Mill & Spring Ponds. Plenty of parking space if you’re an early bird.
Vegetarian options: They have bean, potato and Nopalitos breakfast tacos as Vegetarian options.

The first time I came here it was great, cash only and pretty decent tacos. But similar to other reviews, I kept ordering my same order every week and was getting charged different prices every time.
I think they scope you out to see if you’re willing to pay the extra without saying anything :(
