I go there week to buy bread, Yesterday their cashier miscalculated the money for me and went to find them today. Their manager helped me solve the problem very well and had a good attitude.

Crowd sure said how popular they are. The desserts are delicious. The mango panacota was my favourite. The mango roll and chocolate cake were good too

The environment of this bakery would never fly in Asia! It was so disgusting in there, as if it's never cleaned / maintained.
If you like flavorless frozen in the middle kinda cake and a raunchy environment, then this is your place. 🤮

85C is a very clean, well managed, and nice shop overall. THey serve a variety of breads and pastries, cakes/desserts, freshly made milk tea and other drinks, and more. However, their bread selection isn't the largest, and some people may have a hard time finding multiple breads they like. Also, if you plan on coming in the late afternoon or night, be prepared too see a very scarce bread selection.

I never have issues with this store before but today im unhappy with this new cashier. I bought a new pesto chicken sandwiches last time they asked it if i want to warm up. So this girl didnt ask me so i asked if i can have them warm up. She said you have to pay extra if you want it to warm up. Where in the world if you want your foods to warm up and you have to pay extra? Even the sign said if you want it hot, ask. So i told her last time they just did it for me without charges. I never got charged. And she still said no you have to pay extra if you want warm up. The line was long so i didnt want to argue with her so i just left.

This cake is terrible. It is very hard to eat, not enjoyable at all. It is all of the chocolate sauce, no biscuit, and the powder is everywhere. Terrible idea!

Kid with black mask working the register should not be in any customer service job at all. He has a terrible attitude and is very rude.

I used to LOVE this place. Great atmosphere and lovely bread and cakes...UNTIL we ordered a cake a WEEK in advance, (they had us fill out paperwork) then when it's time to pick up the cake for a Birthday!!....they don't have it!! "We're sold out" they said. We asked, "So what's the point in ordering and paying for a cake in advance? With a date and time and everything on it??? All they could say was "I don't know. We called you. I'm sorry" but we proved to them the phone number written down was correct and we got NO such Call. Completely trashed the birthday, and they offered a refund (no cake) or to just choose another cake. Only thing we got for our troubles was a coupon for one drink one bread...for a whole cake mess up. Now the Birthday is soured because of their mistake. Absolutely disappointed.

We went to takeaway the cakes for birthday. We took Black forest and chocolate mousse cakes. Both the cakes are good but not many options will be available all the time.

I visited the shop twice, determined to buy cakes, but they were out of "Happy Birthday" tags both times. I expect better preparation next time!
