The BEST and most authentic Nigerian food in Austin. The owner is so kind and generous, she’s makes her food with the right amount of spice and taste. You won’t regret ordering from here! Oh and HUGE portions. I couldn’t even finish one bowl.

My food was very delicious !!! I got the egusi which is my very favorite. I did request no meat and I had bits of beef, which I was kinda bummed about but nevertheless it was my first time trying this place because the one I usually go to doesn’t deliver so I was skeptical at first but it was worth every penny. I also love the spinach portion. Very tasty

I MUST be honest, there is no reason for black owned companies to OVER charge for their dishes . $4 for fufu and then an ADDITIONAL fee of $6 for protein costing a bowl of soup a whopping ($29) for SOUP . Please keep the Houston prices in Houston. This is Austin and there’s plenty of restaurants who charge you a reasonable price for egusi including protein AND fufu . Need a name drop?

I ordered food on door dash/uber eats and the meat was old and tough and the number was a Houston number instead of a Austin number they must travel so I don’t suggest calling the number -Micheal

The flavors are outstanding! So great to have access to such unique cuisine - will be back for more soon!

The food is rich in flavor, beautifully seasoned, and clearly made with care and tradition. From the jollof rice to the suya and egusi soup, every dish was delicious and satisfying.

Christiana was wonderful to work with! I called midweek to put an order in for two, and she had it ready the next day. We ordered fish stew, jollof rice, and moi moi (pictured), ayamase and white rice (not pictured). All of it was delicious, and we’ll definitely be ordering again!

The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Egusi soup, and it was incredibly flavorful. While the portion size was a bit small, the taste more than made up for it. Definitely worth it!
