Excellent service and food!

The food is exceptional here and so I've dined many times and brought new guests each time, all of whom were impressed. The garlic hummus is my personal favorite, along with the salmon skewers. Not necessarily a great place for intimate conversation, because its loud and tables are close together, but that's not why you're there. It's pretty hard to get a reservation in advance but they do keep a lot of tables for walk ins so it's worth a try except at the peak times.

Went there for my wife's birthday, had a great time. It was pretty impossible to get a reservation for dinner. But somehow we got in. The food, service, ambiance & decor was on point. As expected, we had 4 in the group, so it was a very snug fit and if you're sharing different appetizers on a cramped little table, it gets very interesting.
Service was great, wait for the food was pretty fast, especially for a fully booked restaurant, with a lot happening, price for the food was fair, not over the top but certainly not cheap.
Overall experience was great, will be back next time if the reservation allows for a decent time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars. Everything about ABA Austin was outstanding from start to finish. The food was INCREDIBLE — we ordered family-style and tried a wide variety of appetizers and entrées, and every single dish was a hit. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared & presented.

The dining room was comfortable in a European sort of way — tables are close together, but not too close. The atmosphere was lively with everyone clearly enjoying themselves, but never chaotic or overly loud.

Service was also top-notch. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and intuitive — professional but fun, and always seemed to anticipate what we needed without hovering.

Food, service, and ambiance were all 5-star. Can’t wait to go back.

The crispy short rib hummus and whipped feta are a must for me. The ambiance here is enough reason to visit. I had the pistachio panna cotta for dessert and it is one of my favorite desserts I’ve ever had.
