During our recent stay at the beautiful Otis hotel in Austin, we met friends for dinner at this restaurant. The following day, my husband and I also had breakfast here. We had made prior reservations for dinner which worked out perfectly on the day of given it was a Saturday night in Austin. We met our friends here and all 4 of us had a memorable time thanks to our very attentive server Scarlett. She went above and beyond the entire time which is so hard to do when you have several tables to attend to on a Saturday night.
Having dined at other restaurants inside Marriott and Hilton hotels as well as several stand alone steak houses, we noticed that our server was exceptionally good. Scarlett checked on us throughout our dinner (we stayed a few hours as we had not seen our friends in a while) without being overbearing. She made good menu suggestions, served our drinks, sides and entrees on time. She even warmed up my scallops later as I had allowed them to cool while catching up with our friends. My husband enjoyed his steak, I got the scallops which were amazing and our table also shared some sides ( jalapeño Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts and potatoes). Every drink and entree was made well and tasted great (something we’re noticing is more often than not within the Austin food scene). Scarlett was kind enough to take photos for us after our meal. Although she had worked a 12 hour shift the day of and had to work another long shift the following day (when we came down for breakfast) she never frowned or appeared frustrated. All in all such a fantastic experience in an Autograph Collection hotel restaurant thanks to the chefs, behind the scenes staff and our server Scarlett

Ram, our server, made for a fantastic Christmas Dinner. The whole team was dedicated in providing us with a memorable evening. Yes, it is in a hotel lobby, but the food, cocktails, and service are as good as anything in ATX. And the room is no disappointment, btw. Will 100% be back! Loved it.
