Alabao Latin Lounge

The restaurant at this location is now called 'Bombay to Kathmandu' although the lettering on the curb still says Taj Palace. Never been to Taj Palace but Bombay to Kathmandu is excellent. The waiters and hosts were all very friendly. The decor was pleasant. Loved the Indian music sound track. The food was delicious and served in an aesthetically pleasing arrangement. Probably one of the few places also serving Nepalese food.

I can't wait until Taj reopens. It's been over a year and I'm having cravings for the delicious buffet choices. Please open again!!

Why has it been so long since a visit to Taj Palace? We have always enjoyed lunching or dining there. We ordered and took home the Maharani Feast, a complete vegetarian meal. We enjoyed it so much!
