We came to enjoy a birthday dinner while in Austin. Food was fine but service was subpar. Our waiter took our plate prior to the meal being finished, drinks were slow and there was very little engagement with the wait staff. Not an establishment to visit again.
We ordered the crab cakes, which were absolutely delicious. For the main courses, we opted for Ribeyes, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. As for the sides, we had Brussel sprouts, baked potatoes, and Mac & cheese. While all the sides were tasty, the Mac & cheese truly stood out as the star of the show.

Trent provided excellent service. It had been over ten years since I visited ACL and it was just as I remembered, excellent food with warm inviting service from the time I walked through the door.
