Horrible experience ordeing take out food this evening. Drove 15 min. to Almarah, ordered Vegetarian Meza Plate & waited 20 minutes to get food, drove home 15 minutes, only to realize there was chicken & gyro meat on the dish. Drove back to Almarah 15 minutes, waited 20 minutes to get a replacement dish of Vegetarian Meza Plate, only to be given another dish with chicken & gyro. Told the staff to keep their food. Won't be going back.
The people are super friendly. They just did a remodel and i kind of miss the plush red velvet pillows, but the new chairs are super comfy. The food is delicious and very affordable. Absolutely well worth it. I've never had a bad experience here, it's always been perfect.
Absolutely horrible experience. My friends and I came for dinner and while my friends ate my food never came. 20 min went by and I asked the lady to cancel my order since it never came. 2 min later she came back with a sopping wet gyro that looked like it was thrown together 30 seconds before hand and put it straight on the table without so much as a napkin or a plate like a normal human would expect.
