I mean… it’s Amayas!! Food is always sooo good!! The salsa, the chips, the rice and beans are always hit just right. Cant say enough good things about this place.
Best ground beef tacos
Was not very happy with the atmosphere on my most recent visit. The music was way too loud!

I’ve been going here for nearly half my life (back when it was at capital plaza as well). Hands down my favorite chips and salsa in the world. Amazing enchiladas as well. The breakfast is also really good and affordable. I honestly plan on being a patron for the rest of my life.
Just picked up lunch the cheese overe powered the food wasn't even real cheese the tortillas were hard.
Decent - Average Tex Mex. Quick service for a busy lunch rush. ( Update, I wish I could give 1/2 stars for food. I always take home 1/2 so that i can see how it is as take -out. At home it was very dry, and tasteless. My wife didn't even want to finish it. So on a hot plate it is just typical TexMex, but as take out, It's the same or worse than a microwave meal. )
With typical Texas style TexMex. I always try enchiladas to see how i like a new place. These were OK or almost good for being located right off the Interstate. Priced well for the location and the parking lot showed this. Nothing spectacular, but you will get the an average quick TexMex that you came in for. As good as many other TexMex within 5 miles.
