It was our first time here and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I had the seasonal pumpkin ice cream, and it tasted like I was eating a pumpkin pie. My husband had the Mexican vanilla and coffee together in their home-made waffle cone and he will not stop raving about it.

Super genuine workers here, ran by an even better manager. I forget his name but I will make it a point to come to this location if I want a good impressionable experience! There’s also tons of scenic places to sit outside, adult and kid friendly. Outdoor music instruments, trails, longhorns. Tons of restaurants and shopping.

I’m extremely disappointed with Amy’s. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the service has gone downhill completely. For the past three orders, they’ve repeatedly missed items from my order — especially the brownies — despite me calling ahead and specifically asking them not to forget.
Every time, I’ve had to follow up, but there’s no real resolution. The last person I spoke to was rude and dismissive, and even after previously speaking to the manager (who was polite and assured me it would be fixed), the same issue keeps happening.
This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and customer care. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a place I used to love has become so unreliable. Amy’s needs to seriously address their service quality and respect for regular customers.

Me and my friend Mo came here (first time to any Amy's ice cream). Let me tell you Quinn, Lavender, Sophia and Rory were SUPERB! They made selecting the ice cream so much fun, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. Hate that we were just visiting otherwise we'd be back as often as possible.

This Amy’s Ice Cream location may be small, but it was absolutely worth the short wait! Even with three customers ahead of us, Aubrey greeted us the moment we walked in, which immediately made us feel welcome.
She was fast, thorough, and incredibly polite. Aubrey offered us samples of various flavors, helping us make our selections with ease. She served my kids quickly and with a smile, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
What an outstanding and superb employee! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Austin. Thank you, Aubrey!

Maya and Santana make this location great!! We came in after exploring the Arboretum and to be honest we were a little overwhelmed by the choices. Santana heard my daughter talking about the Cloud 9. He suggested adding sprinkles to it and she loved the idea. I had a much simpler order. I asked Maya for a homemade waffle cone with Snickerdoodle ice cream. She made it so quickly and cashed us out. Everything was so delicious. Thank you!!

Took my date to Amy’s Ice Creams and honestly… it was perfect. The vibe was fun, the staff was super friendly, and the energy of the place just made everything feel more relaxed and enjoyable. We tried the Mexican Vanilla (legendary!) and added some wild mix-ins — definitely recommend going creative there.
What really made it special was how playful and laid-back the whole experience was — we laughed, sampled a few flavors, and it turned into one of those unexpectedly amazing moments you remember. Amy’s didn’t just serve great ice cream — they helped make the night unforgettable.
But what really made the night special was our server, Sofia. She was super friendly, genuinely enthusiastic, and had awesome recommendations that made choosing fun instead of overwhelming.
