Great service at the bee cave galleria location, not to mention terrific ice cream. Had a lovely time eating outside with family.

I have been all over the world and this is the best ice cream I've ever had in my life! I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream because I have lots of chunks and things in it. So when I tried Amy's for the first time recently I ordered a few different scoops and put crushed candy bars on top, and then the employee recommended that I try butter pecan sauce on top of it. I was a little skeptical because I've never tried that before but when I ate the ice cream and the toppings and the sauce together, it was out of this world! From now on, when I visit Austin, Amy's ice cream is a must visit!!!

We love Amy's. Both the 183 location and Arboretum have a park area nearby for children to play which is a plus. Enjoying delicious ice cream outdoors and enjoying nature is a joy!

There's never a bad time at Amy's Ice Creams! I love their late hours and friendly atmosphere, this makes it so easy to have a quick stop after dinner. Their personalization options are great for people as indecisive as I am. I will say that I have never been to an Amy's without a line before so for better or worse, come prepared to wait. This location is a bit on the smaller side so the seating is extremely limited, I would recommend just a come-and-go action. Although a bit basic, I genuinely don't think that you can go wrong with their classic Mexican Vanilla flavor and if I am feeling fancy, I would smash strawberries with it. A more recent favorite is their Oreo flavor!

Amy's Ice Cream is awesome! I'm kinda addicted! Mexican vanilla was served with an apple pie dessert at a restaurant I can't think of at the moment. I asked the waiter where'd this ice cream come from...he said "Amy's". After that I went straight to this location and bought a pint. (Also a pint of dark chocolate). Ever since then I've been buying pints once a week. I'm addicted!This location is great. The staff is helpful and attentive. The location is clean. No criticism or complaints about the location. Great job staff and management! I'll be back for my pints soon! ??

Ok 1. This place smells like sewage. It literally always does. Don't know what that's about. I figured just a building issue.2. This is the 2nd time I've gotten ice cream from here and gotten food poisoning. I have now convinced myself it has to do with the fact that it always smells like sewage.3. The staff here are the least friendly people I've ever met. Never smile. Always have an attitude. Probably being poisoned by the sewage smell.Overall, someone needs to inspect this place.

We stopped in here for a little treat. Now I'm gluten free so I have to ask about the flavors that I can have. There were about six of them. The employee made sure that my item was scooped separately so I would have no issues which was nice. I wasn't able to sit inside because there were so few tables but there were tables outside. If I had any suggestions I do wish that there were a few more GF flavors because as nice as the vanilla and chocolate are not being able to get any of the other flavors is a bit disappointing.

The pumpkin ice cream tastes exactly like pumpkin pie, and I really liked that. I got a small and paired the pumpkin with the dark chocolate ice cream and loved how fudgy it was. My husband got a large, but it seems like they ran out of regular bowls, but they gave plenty of ice cream, so we didn't mind ;) Ice cream here is pricy, so it's definitely a ✨️treat✨️ situation. The workers were very friendly.

The staff here is okay, but the store is usually pretty dirty. Last time I went there, I slipped on melted ice cream in the middle of the floor and the staff just left it there. The ice cream is good, though.

Ice cream is good as always. Staff is embarrassingly rude and unwelcoming. Their confidence in being rude is laughable. They’re like this every time, teenagers rolling their eyes, sighing, acting miserable. Should be embarrassed.
