The girl that has been working here all week by herself on back to school week, deserves a medal of gold! Her attitude and customer service is Above & Beyond, despite being completely overwhelmed by the amount of people lining for ice cream. I counted 30 people in line, and she was pleasant to everybody! Amy's ice cream is so lucky to have a worker like that!

Just like another reviewer stated, don't trust their hours....they were not supposed to close until 11pm tonight (a Friday night during the summer btw), but when I arrived at 10:10pm, they were already closed and locked. Disappointing, as today was my birthday, and I wanted to get my free bday ice cream.

Came before closing time and they were already closed. If you’re not going to stay open then just change the closing time. It’ll save me a drive and I can find somewhere else to go.

Don't trust the hours. They always close early and then just act like you're the idiot when you walk up to the door and look confused as they chill inside. Why not just change your hours?

Went in there yesterday around 12:30 and was completely ignored by the woman working there. She was sitting on the counter looking at her phone and never looked up or acknowledged me. I waited about a minute and then left. I will never know if their ice cream is any good because I will not support a business with poor customer service.
I got an Amy's Ice Cream cake to celebrate a birthday. I ordered the chocolate delight ice cream cake. It was made with chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake, fudge, frosting, and brownies. I walked in the store it was a small space but they have tables and chairs and booths available for seating. The person at the front was nice. I told them my order they brought it out. I paid and left. The ice cream cake was really good. It wasn't big or small. It is probably enough for four people to eat. It was a nice cool sweet treat. I'd recommend ordering one if you are having a small celebration and don't really want to buy a huge sweet treat.

Over priced ice cream in a boring setting( barton springs rd location), the kids working behind the counter need some training , some of them are friendly other got no clue. tried to up charge twice for crushins that were already included ., overall a 15$ banana split is not worth it
