The menu did not communicate at all that the jalapeño popper ice cream had meat. As someone with dietary restrictions I don’t appreciate eating bacon on accident

first time at amys today and went with my partner. most of the staff was really sweet and friendly except for one gentleman who was a bit harsh and snippy with his responses, and cut me off when i wanted to make a modification to my order. i understand some people have difficult days and i’m not bashing him for being human but it did kind of sour our experience. ice cream was pleasant however.

I stopped in with my free pint coupon from #WeAreBlood. In spite of a free visit, service was awesome and Dark Chocolate Ice cream was creamy and wonderful.
Consistently not very impressed with the ice cream (WAY too sweet for me), but they have a super cute Photo Booth inside for $5!

Every visit to Amy’s Ice Cream has been a great experience thanks to Helen. She is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the kind of person who makes you feel valued as soon as you walk in. What stands out most is her ability to hold down the store solo. Any time I have come in she has been working by herself and never once shows stress or frustration. Instead she is calm, upbeat, and professional while keeping everything running smoothly. Helen consistently goes above and beyond, turning what could be just a quick ice cream stop into a genuinely positive experience. Employees like her are rare and she is a big reason I will keep coming back.

Could not figure out why it's so popular. Felt uncomfortable to bringing my kids there.
