Just one person manning the entire store. Huge line to just get a scoop of icecream. Doesn’t make any sense.The place is cool and perfect if you have kids, but the wait inside that small space to get icecream is absolutely no no for me.

okay guys me and my bestie came at 1/16 around like 8pm and whoever was working needs a $150/hr raise bc they were so amazing and attentive and so fun. she was so good at recommending flavors and was so kind and me and my friend left saying "I hope they know how much we loved them" and also "ugh they were so fun. I was to come back and ice cream usually doesn't make me feel this way"

Unless it was a joke that I do not understand, the "tiny" portion was more than enough. The ice cream was fine but not amazing. I appreciate the vegan option but would love more options besides vanilla.Dietary restrictions: Vegan vanilla was good but nothing special.Kid-friendliness: Sort of kid friendly because of the playground. It would also be nice to have seating that fit younger children. The benches are not movable and are good size for a grown-up but not for kids.

Great ice cream with unique flavors- sometimes the scoop sizes can be on the small size at this location. The other locations tend to be more generous with their scooping portions.

Jude and Quinn were GREAT! Served up the best ice cream and helped end our night on a great note! Had the best experience and ice cream, and the service was exceptional!

Superb ice cream omg. When you're here, definitely get one of Will's favorites - Strawberry Ice Cream with Reese's topping. It's like eating a PB&J. I can see why it's a favorite. Definitely must try! And the customer service is phenomenal, will absolutely return!

I love the place, the staff is nice and the ice cream and everthing is great. However. Im getting tires of places that are allowing their employees to get baked out of their minds so bad that you have to repeat basic requests three or four times. Then they still get the order wrong and you have to slowly wake them up and remind them of your complex order of a large vanilla with sprinkles.I get it its a boring job but maybe have a one or two "bowl" limit per shift.
